Prices for wood houses from 90 EURO/gross square meter.

Our firm's quotation is between 90 and 310 Euro/sm, it depends on the materials quantity and on the structure of the house.

1. Sandwich structured houses:
- The houses with frame structure are covered inside and outside with wainscot, the inner walls are made with the same frame structures and also covered with wainscot or plasterboard.

2. Houses, type "Foszni" :
- 40 mm thick beam houses adjusted with double slot-spring (garden houses, garages, tool houses).
- 40 mm thick beam houses adjusted with double slot-spring and prepared for winter, with 50 or 90 mm thick frame structure, covered with wainscot or plasterboard.

3. Solid structured beam houses:
- 65 mm thick beam houses adjusted with double slot-spring and prepared for winter, with 90 mm thick frame structure, covered with wainscot or plasterboard.
- 90 mm thick beam houses adjusted with double slot-spring and prepared for winter, with 90-120 mm thick frame structure, the inner side of the external wall and the inner walls are covered with wainscot or plasterboard.

The prices contain the followings: every wood element, strip floor, wood structures, wainscot, roof structure with or without garret and thermo pan doors and windows,raw materials and auxiliary materials like insulators, foils, nails, wood screws, OSB board, plasterboard etc.

The finalizations of the houses are made after the client's request.
